We have both CNC and conventional machining capabilities. We routinely hold tolerances to plus or minus .0005 on production runs. We also can hold R.M.S. 32 finishes without grinding operations. Our specialty is high performance CNC turning and milling. We can handle both short, and long production runs. Our parts are handled with the utmost care throughout the manufacturing process, washed with chemical spray at 190° F and protectively packaged for shipping.
