We stay current with the most recent advances in technology, and maintain a climate-controlled facility to stabilize the machining process.

We use the Realtrac MRP System for order taking, cost analysis, and total trackability throughout the manufacturing process. We also use Mastercam C.A.M. (computer aided machining) for rapid programming. This allows us to draw the part on the computer, or download our customer's e-file, analyzing each and every dimension as we go. We can also generate tool paths and plan the entire numeric control operation.

By using this system, we are able to save many hours of drafting, thereby greatly reducing the cost to our customers. We store all our part programs for absolute repeatability in future runs. All this allows us to provide the highest quality levels to insure total customer satisfaction.

Quality control is achieved by utilizing a CMM measuring machine for the ultimate in precision measurements.
